Adam Patterson

My name is Adam Patterson and I am located in Canada. By day, I am a full-time web developer, but in my spare time, I love to make stuff. In my videos, you will find a variety of woodworking projects that I have created out of recycled and found materials. As a father and mountain biker, I enjoy spending time outdoors and capturing my adventures through photography.

Wood desk lamp made from recycled materials.

When my daughter and I were going for a walk I came across some Oak shipping dunnage and had been holding onto it for a few years. I came across these “retro” Edison bulbs in a local store and bought a few. I have a number of styles now but settled on the classic look.

Pencil holder made from a block of walnut

Watch as I make a very simple pencil holder for my growing collection.

I want to thank Jimmy Diresta and Gary Vaynerchuk simply because they are both inspirational and genuine people. Both Jimmy and Gary said that hey often make content and keep it unlisted but the point is that something was made. And that got me thinking about my own projects.
