With spring in full swing, there is nothing better than a nice homemade pizza. I actually made this Pizza Peel over a year ago when the pandemic hit and was unemployed. I took to watching a lot of videos from Adam Ragusea’s video on New York-style pizza at home, v2.0, and thought to my self I can do that.

While the dough was rising I took it upon myself to make a Pizza Peel, made out of scrap wood. I had also bought a new spokeshave and a Shinto rasp that I used to do the bulk of the shaping. I would highly recommend that you try his recipe found here.
